Just re-reading Ennis' Punisher run and it got me thinking:
Here's a man who can take a 12 gauge to the ribs and keep truckin' until the job is done.
Who, if anybody, has come close to beating the Punisher?
I think Tet's pretty much got this handled.
Of course, those are just the two better fighters; there are tons of more powered super-heroes who could clean Frank's clock just because he'd have trouble affecting them at all.
