Does Sideshow reissue returned(damaged) items?

My Ms Marvel PF Exclusive head has a crack on it that is clearly glued back together.

Is this a normal practice?

The hair was molded in two pieces Its not properly glued back or painted. They sent me 3 replacements (2 got damaged) amp; 1 was even worst then my original one. Now i'm on the wait list for a forth head which I will not get till end of february to beginning of March.

This part that is glued is near end of the cucling hair. It's intended to be one part.

Hmmm u need to contact SSC about it?

they continue this and they can say goodbye to my business even if it is not happening to me.I think their opinion of what is acceptable is badly skewed and we need to straighten it up and teach them what a 300$ collectible needs to look like.Their recent behavior is nothing short of disgusting ,there is a lot of hard earned money being poured into luxury items that they should consider themselves lucky that people are still buying in this economic climate.Either they have become too big to care or dont see their products with a collectors eyes ,whatever the case is they need to stop this.

I've received a couple of pieces that I would be SHOCKED if they weren't reissued.

This is kinda becoming the trend with Sideshow lately sending buyers broken parts with terrible repair jobs.  When I received my GAMBIT PF Exclusive the Switch Out Energy Exclusive hand was repaired and I reported this to Sideshow now I am on the Wait-List for another.  Apparently there are a few other folks on the same wait-list as me so I can only hope this doesn't become the norm in the long run with Sideshow ... because if so its over for me  
In the end there are days that I just get feed up with all the nonsense with QC UPS Careless Delivery practices EBAY and then some and just want to call it quits.  However my passion for this hobby is just allowing me to tone it down with collecting and not quit all together.  
I am sure many collectors feel this why at times and its normal especially if you have been in the game as long as me ... almost 20 years
