Captain America vs Red Skull Exclusive (problem with interchangeable hands)

Am new to statue collecting. fell deep after purchasing a Captain America PF. Bought the Cap America vs Red Skull exclusive off  ebay and received it recently. Was so excited to receive it.

As you might probably know, this exclusive statue comes with 2 interchangeable hands. However, i discovered that i was unable to attach either of the hands as the magnet on the statue doesn't seem to be there. the magnet is probably glued and embedded into the statu i have tried to search the box to see if the magnet might have become loose and fallen out and i might be able to glue it back to the statue, but i am unable to find anything.  

i tried to email the seller, but he replied me that he checked the statue before he shipped it out and it was perfect and that all sales are final. am thinking of filing a claim on paypal and leaving negative feedback.   

i was wondering if any one of you have experienced the same problem and how i might go about fixing it. i am quite unwilling to choose one of the hands and glue it to the statue permanently. any help on how to fix this or pictures or how the statue should look like with the magnet is deeply appreciated. thank you in advance..

I have 2 of the statues and 1 of them has the problem about with the magnet on his arm. I have to push it in to the glove til I know it catches. The other works fine.

Did the guy state in his auction quot;no refundquot; or quot;all sales finalquot;. If he didn't, simply contact your CC company and file for a chargeback. It will mean shipping the statue back to him, but at least you will get all your money back [less the cost of return shipping].
Don't even bother wasting your time with Paypal. Since the guy did ship it to you in the first place you have no protection or coverage through Paypal. They [and Ebay] have the biggest scam going....if you read their buyer protection policies carefully you will realize what a joke it is.
