2 More Kryptonians are alive?

Now Superman is raising Zod's son and searching for yet another Kryptonian on Earth!  

This reminds me of something I read in the Wizard Superman special about the preCrisis DCU, quot;After a while it seemed the only people who died on Krypton were Superman's parents.quot;

So much for the last son.  But search for another kryptonian on earth is sounds like a kind of a fun story.

I don't get the whole Third Kryptonian thing.  Superman's the first, Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) is the second, Zod's kid's the third...this feels more like the Fourth Kryptonian to me...

There is that too...

The current series are going on in the New Earth, and Power Girl is still from Earth 2 ? but the others are the immigrants of Earth 1 ? or they're New Earth's charaters ? as far as i know the current condition of Earth 1 is unknown ? but i'm not sure, i don't have time to start to read the countdowns yet. I hope it will explain all this to me.

Dont forget Zod, Ursa amp; Non are Kryptonians too.

I wouldn't be suprised if they say something like Batman knew all along or something to that effect.

I forgot about Power Girl!  What a mess they're creating over there.

The new Kryptonian will probably be DC's answer to replace Superboy (who they can no longer use).  A teenage male but with the possibility of a romantic interest for Supergirl.
