Scumbag eBayer to watch out for...

Guys, I'm just posting this to warn you of another parasite on eBay who's trying to get over. You might want to place his eBay i.d. on your list of bidders you'd like to block. I sold this guy a Bowen War Machine bust that was MIB. It sold for $84.03. After I shipped it I received the following email:

did you insure ?
accourding to usps it was shipped in a padded envelope?
no box ? what about original box that it came in ?
if you dont have the original box let me know so I can save shipping it back to you I will just refuse delivery
do I need to refuse delivery ? or is the post office wrong ?
geez now I am worried
please reply and let me know all is ok

It was immediately followed by another email:

sorry about panic message
usps sent me a email discribing the package as a padded envelope ?
huh

Finally, after his bust arrived, I received this email today:

you never mentioned the statue was only 5quot; tall
could it be any smaller?
can I return this for a refund ?
I am completely unsatisfied
please respond so I dont have to contact paypal or my bank

All this is coming from a eBayer who's feedback reveals he regularly buys and sells comics-related items. I've responded to him accordingly. However, I wanted to give all of you a heads up. His eBay i.d. is so.cal. collectibles and his email i.d. starts with chuckycheese@. His first name is quot;Chuck.quot; I hope this post saves any of you some future aggravation.

If you've already received payment from him, I'd tell him to screw off. It must have arrived unbroken, so there's no cause for him to want his money back.

Sounds like he's on drugs.

Also sounds like the quot;thoughtquot; it might have been a mini statue rather than a bust.  I hate when people don't read the full description (especially my husband)  happens all the time though

I could loan you my refund girl.  Her name is Helen Wait.  Whenever clowns like this complain about things that are clearly in the description and/or in the pics I always tell them if they want a refund from me they should go to Helen Wait.
