Colossus mini bust flaking?

I noticed there's a small flake of red paint missing off my Colossus mini bust's shoulder where the chrome is peeking through.  I don't think he's been bumped or scratched.  I checked on ebay a while ago and of the few that were listed, two were also listed as having minor flaking defects.  Has this become common with this bust?  Anyone else noticing unexplained flaking?  Thanks!!

I've had mine for years, no problems here

the one i have arrived to me with a chip in the shoulder and on the base, not really flaking, but it was supposed to be mint and this thread brought up the old bitter taste in my mouth, rant over ,sorry

Yes my suffered from this mainly in the chest area thats painted yellow. the paint didn't bond well with the chrome. That's the biggest reason why I thought that Bowen should do a club ex. bust version of the full size that came out during phase 2 . And do the painted version not chrome, plus the full size looks alot more like colossus than the bust

truth be told, I have the chrome FS, but I like the bust better

Mine was supposed to arrive mint from an ebay seller, yet when it arrived it had a paint chip on the shoulder as well...was speaking about this on another thread the other day concerning the fs....

Well.....what do u expect from these things quot;made in Chinaquot;? The paint job is really gross! -_-.

This flaking phenomenon has kept me from getting a Colossus mini bust. Otherwise I would have gotten one a long time ago, but I don't want to pay a premium for something that may eventually degrade over time. Any chance that Randy will do a resculpt of Colossus that will address the paint problem?

Nice comment

The red on my colossus flaked a little. It's easy enough to match the paint and fix it.
