Definetely the original Zemo for the Masters of Evil...

The Living Laser for Iron Man's rogues gallery...this would work for the Guardsman too (then maybe I might get my AIM scientist!   

Silver Sable...maybe, if it was (groan) chromed.

Lilandra..maybe...thats about it...

As busts, I'd go for these guys. Only Drax would I consider as a full size.

I don't even know who half of them are. But there are some good ones on your list I wouldn't mind seeing made.

Deathstalker FS, absolutely.  A great DD villain.  He would be a real good look as a FS.  I mentioned Nitro one time, quot;The man that killed Captain Marvel,quot; guy has one of my all time favorite powers for a villain.  People might ask quot;Who?quot; but it looks like he may play a significant role in the Civil War series.   

I'd buy that Deathstalker FS.

Lilandra and the imperial guard would be cool MB'S. I would also light Darkstar.
