Batmobiles: In Boxes or Out in the Open?
I have this issue...in my quot;Man-roomquot; I have wallspace to put all of my goodies: MB, FS, and my Batmobiles. My wife suggests I take them all out of their packaging and put them on the shelves. While that would look great, I dont want to take them ALL out of their packaging becuase it will be a b!tch to put them back in. And I dont wanna lose any value.
How do you think it would look if they were displayed, but still in their boxes? What would you do?
Depends if you want your room to look like a toy store or not ?
Have both my Batmobiles out of the package. Too much detail to not look at them up close. Open I say, OPEN!
out of the box makes you a collector. in the box makes you an investor.
which are you.............

I don't agree with that.

which are you.............Not true. I am a MIB collector and I think the boxes on some things are considered art in itself. I collect 80s Transformers and those boxes are a work of art. I also really hate the phrase quot;they need to breathquot;.

Now that I agree with.
Dammit! i think I'm gonna be displaying these bad boys in the box! I would have to cut the quot;threadquot; on the new B-mobile and there would be NO putting this sucka back in the box after that.
I guess my quot;man-roomquot; is gonna look like a toy store after all!
When I was a youngster back in the 70s, I saw the Batmobile drive down the street... It was the coolest car ever. No car ever made the grade as much as the Batmobile, not the the 007 car from the Spy Who Loved Me. |
