Iron Fist vs. Nightwing

Who do you have in this fight?  Give some reasons for your answers.  Not the famous quot;because I like them betterquot;.

Hmmmm....I have to think about this one.  

I'm tempted to go Nightwing, but let me ponder this...

This one's easy because I hate them both equally.  

How does Nightwing compare as a fighter to Batman these days?

Inferior, the same or better? Does he get to use weapons?

I ask because I have followed DC books that closely for years.

Without the quot;Iron Fist powerquot; I am tempted to say Nightwing. Afterall Daredevil has fought Iron Fist to a standstill in the past. Captain America has also proved capable of giving Iron Fist a very hard time.

With the Iron Fist, I would tend in favor of Daniel Rand.

From my understanding the skill that Danny uses comes from another dimension.... something that Nightwing has never seen

Also the power of the Iron Fist would just overpower Nightwing...

I'm no Nightwing expert, but I think Dick is almost as good a fighter as Bats these days.  Is that right?  

If so, that might be enough to give him the edge over Danny.  Maybe.  But only if he can dodge the Iron Fist long enough.

I kind of think that Grayson might be the better fighter. Just look at the way he kicks Cinderblock's butt with those heavy metal boots on all those episodes of Teen Titans.  Seriously though, I'll go with Nightwing on fighting skills alone and Danny Rand if he can unleash the Iron Fist.

Nightwing he`s just a notch below his father in terms of skill.
