Attakus customer service is..............
THE BEST!!!!!!! .......... some of you may have seen the attakus haul I got recently well what I didn`t notice when I first got it was that, the pipe section of the hookah pipe and the chain that comes with jabba to attach to leia, was missing . The seller had no idea where they were and I didn`t what to return the statues and then have to wait an age to get the chance to buy them again. So I contacted attakus france to see if they had any spare to buy and they simply replied with a 'we`ll see what we can do, what`s your address'. And I just this morning recieved both the pipe and chain in the post free of charge! I don`t know of any other companies that would have been quite so generous!
So a big thumbs up to the guys at attakus for some amazing customer service
That's awesome. It's great to hear about companies that actually care about their customers and go above and beyond the call of duty to help. It's what keeps their customers coming back and also spreading the good word about them.

Attakus customers servce is the BEST!!i have ordered yoda from USA retailer,and it's missing the plastic part lightsaber,the retailer can not repaired it for me,so,i have email to Diego,he's send me the repair lightsaber to me ,Diego provide me a perfect customer service!

I have heard a few other examples of their legendary customer service. Great stuff.
Sorry, I have to report otherwise.
When I bought their Aliens warrior, the base was cracked (as nearly all of them are - it's way too fragile for whoever does their packing) and I asked if I could have a replacement base rather than send the whole thing back.
No, they said, got to send the whole item back (remember this thing is bigger than a Sauron box) and it cost me nearly $200 to courier it back to them.
I then had to wait almost 3 weeks for a replacement (which also arrived damaged). The reason it took so long? They 'forgot'.
I offloaded the second damaged statue (which was worse than the first) on ebay and washed my hands of Attakus.
I won't buy from them again based on that experience.

Well I'm encouraged by the positive stories other people have, Diablo. That's great for them. When I opened this thread, I really expected it to say 'Attakus customer service is.............. cr@p' and I was all ready to agree. I'm really very suprised that most seem to have good experiences.
I should add at this point that every Attakus piece I've bought (4 to date) has arrived broken, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. I like some of their pieces very much (Hulk, Goblin, Grievous amp; other SW statues) but I'm just too wary to go near them now - my pocket still has scorch marks from the last time they burned me.
I hope to have a more positive experience of them at some point in the future.
I also have to agree with Robomorph, my Grievous statue was damaged and so was my Clone Trooper statue.
As with the Alien Warrior statue, i also used to own this and the base was very, very fragile !!!!!!!
I must have been one of the lucky ones with this statue as i shipped it to Canda and it arrived safely. |
