Im thinking the brief group of Dr. Doom, the Red Skull, the Kingpin, and Magneto.  There was a brief story arc where villains teamed up and created mismatches against their common foes to ensure victory (i.e. Ultron came after Daredevil).  

This is a pretty formidable team.  if they could stop arguing.  

A special ham sammich to whomever can name this story arc, by the way.

You left out the mastermind of the whole thing, Loki.

Nice!  Good job Teague!  i couldnt remember the name of that arc to save my life.

Loki was in on this too...I forgot.  Thats a pretty tough group.  Even though its an informal one.

that just sounds dumb to me, first off i can't see Magneato working with the skull what with the whole holocaust thing and all. and kingpin isn't even in the same league with these guys to begin with, he's a thug not a super villian. but oh well
