Ok, I read an article (I don't remember where, maybe newsarama), that said that the new Captain America is in issue 32. So, there can only be a few suspects...Winter Soldier (most obvious), Dr Faustus, Red Skull, Falcon, or Iron Man. My cash is on WS, but I did have a strange thought. What if the new Cap is a bad guy??? Could be another way for the Red Skull to beat down America.
Maybe New Cap's Sharon Carter in a man-suit? Hey, they did do it before (Ronin).
Or how about Sharon and Steve's kid artifically aged to adulthood. Technically, he was in issue 32 as well.
heh My local comic shop guy thinks it's Zemo trying to pay for all the bad he and his family has done.
I'm still hoping it's Winter Soldier, but it could be a lot of people. Zemo seems unlikely, given the Citizen V backstory and all...

I actually had this thought a couple of days back, after reading the most recent issue. My money's on Winter Soldier, though. Cap's note to Tony requested he take care of Buck AND not let Captain America die with him. This would kill two birds with one stone.
This is one of the best books out and it doesn`t even have the main character in it Brubaker is one of the best.
It very well may be Winter Soldier. I would like it to be Mr Barns. Maybe it is Clay Quartermain or Nick Fury. I think the picture had a Cap toting a gun. hmmm

Actually I hadn't thought of Nick. It would make sense with Cap carrying a gun. Still tho, I think it's more than likely Barnes myself. |
