heya fellas,
so i've slaved over a headsculpt for almost six months now. it's in super sculpey and i've baked it. being a newbie, i sculpted him really clean and didnt add any textures or stubble, eyebrows, etc. you can see from my other post about asking how to sculpt more details in.
so my question is. . is there a way to cast the head into a material that is still workable? i've read that there is a way to cast the head in wax or something pliable and then smooth out anything you dont like and add details to it like texture and things like that. anyone have experience or know what my options are? i dont want to resculpt the whole thing over again
Yes, you could cast in a hard wax like Castilene or Azbroor even a wax-based clay like Y2Klay...MY choice would be Y2Klay since once cooled additional clay and detail can be added without the need for quot;HOTquot; tools.

With the Azbro you're gonna need some equipment though. Mainly a pot to heat it in and probably a wax pen or some wax tools and a torch/lamp to heat pieces and tools |
