Where Can I get Some Beaver?

In Red Dead Redemption, I am trying to complete The Deadalus and son stranger task.

So where are those Beavers? Someone please tell me.

Also a good place to locate snakes. I have only encountered very few on my way.

For beavers, go out of MacFarlane's ranch going towards Thieves landing. The first bridge you cross should be literally next to Macfarlane's house. Once you cross that bridge, turn left and follow the river, beaver all over the place there, normally around dawn.

Snakes are everywhere in desert areas with brush. DON'T gallop, the horse gives away where snakes are by whinnying, get off the horse when it does that and pump the slimy bastids full of lead.

Love Is The Opiate Stanger Task.

I have beaten all of Desantas missions. Now I am on Reyes missions but that particular stranger task has not popped up.

Are there any other tasks I need to do first to open the Opiate Stranger mission?

Also the Reyes Rebel outfit Scrap #6 I have to buy en Ecelera or what ever that city is called. It's there in the store but is not available for purchase?
Isn't that weird?

I just played some more and I have completed the tasks.
