Which camera should i buy? one, collection, difference, pictures

XTi without a doubt. Fantastic camera with a huge collection of lenses and accessories to go with it.

is there a difference between the silver and the black?

Not that i know of. I think the bodies will be the same. What you get in a bundle may differ

any suggestions what bundle i should get?  im really only using it to take pictures of my painted up kits and statues and stuff...

Well, i got a few things with mine. But you can just buy the camera with a standard 18-55mm lens. That will do you to start with. If you wanna get more into it, then move up into the pricier lenses

You might be as well getting a point and shoot if you don't need super-high res pics
