X-Men vs Sentinel #1 - light problem orange, request, problem, several

Can anyone offer any advice?
The light in the Sentinel's hand has stopped working. The others are all still working OK though.
I have (gently) tried to remove the orange piece that covers the light without success and I don't want to risk damaging it.
Even if I get it off, is there a bulb there that can be replaced?
I have sent several emails to Sideshow over a period of months but get no response.

Phone them or do a phone request! It's better to take their advise before you open it and do something you might regret.

I will as a last resort, being in the UK. I thought someone would have answered my emails....

You want me to say I'm having the same problem and see if I get any responses?

I have the same problem..It sometimes goes on and then it's gone..it's a normal problem with the exc..I just try and enjoy the piece..it might get worst if i fiddle with it..=)

Sux, when those fetch up to almost $2k!

i had returned mine twice after they stopped working. Sideshow dropped the ball on this one. Let's hope the stealth Iron Man redeems them

SS really need to fix that problem for future issues. They need to find an easy way to replacing the lights when they go out.
