Vampire Hunter D brand, believe, stories, thread

I can't believe no one opened a thread about D manga until now.
Anyone got it ? mine is on the way. I can't wait.
i LOVE the movies i hope the manga is as good

Will pick it up when I see it but are these brand new stories or based on the novels amp; movies?

It's based on novels. I didn't read any of the D novels so it's brand new to me.

I've read the first couple of novels amp; they were great!  Will pick up the manga as well.

There's also interior artwork in each novel that's really creepy and helps set the mood just right.

I will probably get the first book next month. First book's cover is incredible. It has that quality of edo age japanise drawing to it. I'm not sure what they call that style but D looks pretty cool with that style.


They need to come out with more movies!
