Bowen leaving competition in the dust!

I'm now a converted Bowen lover I used to think SS statues were a little better then Bowen.  But now Randy is the Babe Ruth of Marvel statues, he has been hitting home runs with about 98% of his statues.  SS outside of Captain America, has all been Spider-man, enough Spider-Man.  HH statues are very nice in my opinion (saw the Hercules statue at LCS, and I loved it.) , but HH only puts out a couple of statues a year but they are quality.  But IMAO Bowen is the way to go as far as quality, quantity, and diversity of characters.  Keep them coming Randy                                                       Thanks,                                                             RJB

Actually, Im buying more from SS than ever....

I agree with you 100% RJB......

I have found that I when I first began collecting busts, etc...that although I was pretty strict with just X-Men related (both heroes and villans) and Daredevil related (same as above), I found myself getting a few of Marvel Universe, Diamond Select and even a few others.......NECA and even Dynamic Forces.  Nothing against those others, but over the past year, I have been really focusing on Bowen designs only.  Actually for the sake of room, etc......I may even find myself selling and/or trading off the other items I have from Marvel Universe, etc.....

But as far as quality of sculpts go,........Although I do like some Sideshow items, I will much moreso venture out to Hard Hero first......

I gave up SS too

Bowen's work just has a look that I can enjoy on a whole other level. It just seems when I add more to my display,the better it looks. As if it were a puzzle that I can keep adding to that lets me view Marvel's universe .Not to mention each fs or mb compliments each other.

You'll be back my fair-weathered friend....they all come back.

Agreed. Bowen makes great stuff but for me its mostly SS and the rare Cm that I can afford.

The other stuff is never as good,

I would have maybe bought the Hulk Spidey Diorama....
BUT
The Hulk's Face is AWFUL he looks like a troll from LOTR, And his Hair is Pure a like Buddy Cianci wig.

that's the big difference Bowen and his pool of top notch guys all seem to get it right.

Bowen is the best!
