That kid really blew it.
I think he sued his buddies and needed counseling or something. He should have embraced it, learned some real moves, worked for Master Replicas demo-ing sabers, sell t-shirts, gone with it basically.
who originally posted the video soon became aware of this and ceased accepting comments on the video as many were very negative. Also as a of gesture of goodwill he started up a fundraiser in hopes that he could raise enough money to buy the star wars kid and ipod. This stirred nation wide press coverage by some of the largest news agencies in the world. By the time the donations had been closed a whopping $4,334.44 had been raised. Enough for an ipod and much, much, more. He ended up with an Ipod, and eighteen futurshop gift certificates for $200 minus tax and shipping. The coolest thing he could end up with however is a part in Star Wars: Episode III. That's right rumors are going around George Lucas is considering him for a cameo role in his next movie. As things seemed to wind down and return to normal Ghyslain's parents decided to file a lawsuit for $225,000 in damages against four students responsible for propagating the video claiming that their son was so humiliated by the experience that he had to attend the Pavillon Arc-en-ciel psychiatric center. The Raza family claims that he was tormented so badly in his Trois-Rivières private school that he was forced to drop out. As this new twist continues to unfold I will bring you the full story. |
